Retail risk never stands still. Neither do we.

Retail Risk – London returns this June. If you work in loss prevention, cyber, operations, logistics, investigations, or fraud prevention… you’ll want to be in the room. See below…

And yes – thanks to our sponsors – it’s completely free for retail delegates to attend. Can’t argue with that.

Why Retail Risk works

Retail Risk events are built around conversation. Open, frank conversation.
What challenges are we facing as an industry right now? How do we stay ahead?
Chatham House Rule helps us keep things real. And there’s no press.

With hundreds of industry leaders, security specialists, and solution providers together… you’ll be right at the heart of honest, handy discussions with people facing the same pressures you are.

Whatever you do, don’t come alone.

Retail risk touches every part of modern business – from Finance and IT to HR, Logistics, and Ops. So bring your colleagues along too – it’ll make a big impact on their day-to-day.

And just a friendly reminder: registration is essential…

100% Free. Always.

Every Retail Risk event is fully sponsored, meaning retail delegates attend free of charge. No-brainer really.

No Sales Pitch. Ever.

Our events focus on practical insight-sharing, not hours of demos disguised as presentations.

What About Lunch?

You’ll be very well fed. We pride ourselves on using excellent venues with high-quality catering, proper coffee, and top-notch hospitality.

Our sponsors

Our sponsors help make the event possible, so please take the time to engage with them.
They too have skin in this game.
They’re developing some of the best retail risk solutions in the world.

A message from our Chair

Scott Taylor

I am thrilled to be Chairing Retail Risk London - the 6th Retail Risk global location I have been fortunate to Chair or present at. Whilst the scenery for these events may vary from location to location, the core themes and benefits of attending remain constant. The Retail Risk conferences seamlessly blend global and local thought leadership and expertise, to provide an environment where individual professionals and practitioners, as well as organisations of all sizes, can benefit from new learning and new contacts.

On a personal note, I have spent over 31 years in the Security and Risk space, combining behavioural psychology, security expertise, and storytelling to decode human behaviour, reduce loss, and enhance safety. I will be holding my first book signing for “Before the First Handshake: from Digital Clues to Human Truths” at the conference, making it even more special for me!  I look forward to learning alongside everyone attending, and having some thought-provoking discussions throughout the day.

Our featured speakers

We assemble industry-leading speaker line-ups featuring world-class experts, senior retailers, investigators, and frontline practitioners. Many appear exclusively at Retail Risk conferences, meaning you won’t hear these stories or insights anywhere else.

Everything you see and hear on the day is designed to help you stay ahead in an industry that never stops evolving. And again… the Chatham House Rule means delegates are able to speak openly in a stimulating, switched-on, and totally safe environment.
