A message from our Chair
Alistair Bulmer
I am very much looking forward to chairing Retail Risk - Auckland for its third year now, as we bring together seasoned professionals, those commencing their journey into this space, key stakeholders, and vendor partners. I look forward to a great day of discussions around our shared challenges and solutions, and otherwise shaking hands and building important relationships.

I currently hold the role of National Safety Manager for ANZ, and with over 20 years in the audit, inventory control, loss prevention and safety spaces, my current focus is on psychosocial risk management and customer violence. I compliment this with 10 years in Rural Fire Service Queensland as a volunteer fire fighter, to get the hands dirty a bit, plus some volunteer aviation safety roles with Avalon Airshow (supports my inner aviation geekness!)

HIghlights of my career would have to include overseeing our EB Games Expo Security and Emergency teams which coordinated the safety, security and response across 30,000 attendees, and just watching the development of people brought into the fold as they progress in the business.
