Emily Milner is a senior security and loss prevention leader with over 15 years’ experience across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. She’s held key roles with bp, JB Hi-Fi and Target, specialising in innovative security strategy, technology uplift and cross-functional leadership.
Known for driving the adoption of solutions such as ANPR and cloud-based CCTV, Emily has also contributed to national crime-prevention initiatives, industry working groups, and frontline training.
Her strong partnerships with law enforcement, government, and industry stakeholders have helped reduce shrink and boost operational resilience at several businesses. Emily’s practical, collaborative approach has made her a highly respected voice in the retail security community. We can’t wait to welcome her to Auckland.
