The Heroes of Retail Risk Awards will take place on 18th June 2026, following Retail Risk – London at the Novotel Hammersmith West, London. Taking its cue from The Daily Mail Pride of Britain Awards, this new event, presented by Siân Jones, shines a spotlight on selfless actions, bravery and acts of kindness in our industry.
The security guard who bravely saves the day. The cashier who recognises a victim of abuse and intervenes. The team of fund raisers working towards a charitable goal. These are the sorts of unsung heroes that The Heroes of Retail Risk Awards recognises.
Eight categories are open for nominations. You can nominate yourself, a colleague a team or a business as appropriate. All categories are open to retailers, suppliers, academics and members of our emergency services.

Each winner will have their story shared on the big screen at the fabulous Gala Dinner and presented with their Heroes of Retail Risk Award by TV’s Sian Jones. The evening promises to be wonderful, uplifting and inspirational celebration of courage, compassion and achievement!

Heroes of Retail Risk 2026 table availability
The Heroes of Retail Risk Awards Gala Dinner will be a glittering black tie affair with champagne reception, four course fine-dining experience with wines, an exclusive performance by Hal Cruttenden – one of the best stand up comedians working in the UK today, and the Awards themselves, presented by TV personality Sian Jones. Later on, there will be live music performed by the “Best Live Band in Yorkshire & the North East” – the Warning Tones and dancing until late.
