Alistair Bulmer brings a brilliant blend of operational depth, people-focused leadership, and frontline risk expertise to the role of chair at Retail Risk Auckland. With extensive experience in safety, loss prevention, inventory control, and enterprise risk, Alistair has worked in security for brick-and-mortar stores, distribution centres, logistics, and e-commerce. Quite the roll call.
Outside of retail, Alistair is a committed community volunteer, serving as a Senior Firefighter with Queensland’s Rural Fire Service. He also holds an undergraduate certificate in Mental Health from Monash University and is a trained Mental Health First Aider – experience that shapes his human-centred approach to safety and leadership.
