We all know that a little appreciation goes a long way.
In a sector often defined by challenge and pressure, taking a moment to recognise those who go above and beyond has never been more important.
The cashier who recognises a victim of abuse and intervenes. The security guard who bravely saves the day. The team of fundraisers working towards a charitable goal. These are the sorts of unsung heroes that The Heroes of Retail Risk Awards (HORRAs) recognises.
If you have not yet entered anyone from the front line of retail for an Award, you have until 22nd May to do so.
