Steve Marshall joined Selectamark in 2025, bringing almost three decades of security industry experience. Many in the sector will know him from his 30-year career at Norbain SD, where, as Divisional Director for National & Key Accounts, he built strategic partnerships and drove sustained growth across major accounts.
Today, Steve works with retailers, museums and other public-facing environments to design practical, layered approaches to loss prevention. A familiar face in UK security circles, Steve brings commercial realism and frontline insight in equal measure.
