Scott is the Head of Central Operations at The Reject Shop, overseeing Retail Operations, Workforce Planning, Communications, Promotional Space, and Loss Prevention across over 400 stores nationwide.
Drawing on extensive frontline retail experience, Scott leads the Loss Prevention team and has recently led a comprehensive transformation of the function. This initiative emphasises intelligence-led strategies, integration of advanced technologies such as Auror, and strengthened partnerships with local and state Police and key retail stakeholders.
His leadership has been instrumental in repositioning Loss Prevention as a critical component of the company’s operational success and in enhancing retail crime prevention efforts.
