Is your organisation prepared for increased regulatory scrutiny?
As Australia strengthens its Anti-Money Laundering framework, retailers are facing increased regulatory expectations around financial transactions – including the sale and use of gift cards.
In his presentation at Retail Risk – Sydney, Angus Nardi, Chief Executive – Shopping Centre Council of Australia, will focus on the recent proposed reforms by AUSTRAC to address perceived issues with money laundering and terrorism financing.
Following his presentation, Angus will also chair an interactive roundtable, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions, share practical challenges, and explore real-world approaches with industry peers.
