Amna Hadzihasanovic – Security Developer & Loss Prevention Manager, Reitan Convenience Sweden AB
Reitan Convenience Sweden AB (RCS) is the franchisor for the Pressbyrån and 7-Eleven chains and today has about 500 stores. RCS also has a cooperation agreement with Shell / St1 and is responsible for operations at more than 100 gas stations under the 7-Eleven brand. RCS sells approximately SEK 4.5 billion and was approximately 450,000 customers / day in the stores.
Andy Martin – Business Development Manager, Retail, at Axis Communications
Andy joined Axis having spent 25 years in retail with a variety of major brands including DSGi, HMV, Fopp and Morrisons. He also owned and ran his own business in the retail sector and this experience of managing retailer expectations has proved valuable.
Having worked in security, loss prevention, operations and logistics roles, Andy brings a broad range of experience and provides Axis with a real insight into the retail segment and the challenges and solution requirements.
Patrik Ripadal – Risk Manager/Head of Group Security, KappAhl
Erik Engstrand – Founder & CEO, SAFE Shopping Centers
Broad international management experience, previously worked as Head of Group Security for Lindex retail supporting the expansion into eastern Europe and in Russia. Worked in Russia as Country Risk manager for IKEA shopping centers, with implementing standards and risk frameworks. 25 years of risk and security management experience across international business markets. Board certified in security management and certified risk manager.
Fredrik Mӓlmstrom – Legal, Risk & Compliance Manager, Novamedia Sverige
Fredrik heads up the new legal, risk and compliance department at Novamedia Sverige where he is developing and implementing the GRC concept together with a team of risk and legal managers, reporting to the board. He developed a career in Retail Risk at Reitan Sweden where he was responsible for health, security, safety, loss prevention and environmental issues in the company. He then moved to IKEA DOM and TORG where he progressed to becoming Head of the Risk and Compliance for RU and the CIS countries, before returning to Sweden to take up his current position.
